Thanks for the feedback. I totally see what you are saying about the shoehorn thing, and that will help me with my next challenges. However, I feel it is better to have an image that is not so obvious, can be interpreted in different ways, and has a tittle which illustrates the photographer's own point of view of the challenge. Rather than having a picture that itself bludgeons the viewer over the head with work symbols such as hammers, nails, and men doing construction. I guess that is why the winners did neither symbol nor tittle bludgeoning :-). |

Every Good Pirate Needs a Good Parrot by teaker89Comment by giantmike: I like your thinking on this, I just feel it needs a bit more oomph to really be great. The position of the parrot makes me feel like I'm looking down on him, instead of him being my buddy. A more "intimate" would help. |
