Summer's Slow Retreatby LucidLotusComment by JackRyan: Very picturesque, lovely colors. I would have rotated .5 to 1 degree CW to flatten out horizon. Also, I would have loved to see a little more of the sky (might make it a little more interesting than the solid black land in the foreground. Still, a very nice shot indeed. |

I love the color and the light you were able to capture. The thing I see that takes away from this is the tilted horizon. Had that been level I would have given this a minimum of 7. |

To my eye, the leading line is the horizon above the trees and it seems it's sloping too much down to the left. And, this is more of a picture with shadows than a silhouette pic. 5 |
