Probably my favorite entry though I did not have time to comment this challenge. Desolation is much more emotional than physical to me - so glad to see a nice one on an image that spoke to that. The lighting, turned away face, position of the hands, everything in this is right. Poignant. Congratulations on the top ten.

Lord save us from picture titles, not a bad title truth be told but this image would be so much better untitled. Its a great image (in a depressing kinda way) and the highest vote I'm giving in this competition
