Is that an FM2n? I could almost consider a 10 just for showing a real (manual) camera. For the sake of discussion, I think the point where the eye meets the camera should be the point of focus. I would have place that point in the top left interesction of thirds (rule of thirds of golden rule). This would have cropped of hair and maybe ear, but the person to camera to unseen subject might have been stronger. Still a nice shot, so don't take the discussion as negative.
