I can just barely make out that it is an Argiope aurantia or Yellow Garden Spider. The image looks like a snapshot and not very carefully composed. Get closer, much closer! Don't worry, it won't jump off of its web and bite you. The highlights are blown out and the image fidelity is very low, in other words, there isn't a very wide range of tones from light to dark, like the greyscale bar below. The white line on the bottom should have been cropped off.

The contrast could be better and the angle could be such that the spider is more visible in the web.
