No one is NOT gonna like this, so I will humbly tell you what I would have done. I would have gotten in closer to the cabin, showing no sky or snow on the mountains, and I would have used infinite focus to highlight the field, the rotted wood, the crags because this is a situation where those textures in aggregate are complex, not confusing. Congrats on taking a beautiful pic of a beautiful scene.
