nice picture! good DOF, nice use of the lights (it's almost like how my eyes would have seen it)..the street is so poorly lit that it wouldn't surprise me that this picture is a colour photo and not black and white!!!

Two things that could really improve this image: Focusing on the car or one of the lights instead of the pavement. Cropping either the top or the bottom so that the lights aren't right in the center. (I think cropping the top would be best) You have a nice moody effect here, but these two things keep it from being all it could be.

Good capture, the DOF seems a little off, I get the pillar as the focus and I think it would work better with the cats nose as the center.
