It reminds me of walking down a sidewalk and catching a quick glimpse of color out of the corner of your eye and turning at the last second to see what it is.
You don't get the full view and you keep on walking, content with that quick view.

I keep thinking the composition is top heavy, but the white blurs in the background (on the bottom) continually pop up and remind me that they're there.

I wish the flower on the left had the last bit of its petal in the picture.

3 - Don't mind the concept, but it is neither blurry nor well defined and lacks quality, in my opinion. There are some interesting elements here, but your crop doesn't showcase them well. Up to 3 from 2.
