Great racecar! This is a shot I bet would look even better if the background had been blurred by motion (i.e.- pan the camera with the movement of the car so that the car remains clear while the background blurs). Now, I've never done this successfully myself - it takes a lot of practice! But just a suggestion.

A rare shot ,this! He sure didn't get many laps with the LAME !!! car. Hope they can get him back in the hunt! Very nice shot... Looks like you must have had 'Pro' credintials to get this close to the action... Get any sand in your camera or did you stick with one lens?
