The bits of wood and rock out of the water look either a touch over exposed or over edited. Maybe a shorter shutter would have help and you would still get the motion blur as the water does appear to be fast moving.

The editing's also a little sloppy, I can see halos around the flag and the tree. However, I like the symbolisms here so its still strong enough to get a 6 from me.
