Ha! good one. The hand/arm appears to be a child....I may be wrong but think a womans hand would of been better. [LoL maybe your just young-duh!] I think the composition and idea is fantastic. The focus is soft but over all the shot is okay and fits the challenge well. Points for creativity.

This is a cute candid. The flesh tones are good, lighting is good, however, her sleeve seems a little too bright. The background is a little too much in focus and as such makes the image a little cluttered. Isolating her away from the background or having a plain background would have helped. Similarly I would have liked to have seen more of her in the frame than the background. I'm wondering if the cluttered feel of the shot was partly your decision to go black and white also. There really needs to be more contrast for the black and white to be truly effective.

Cute, very cute and well executed close framing. Here, the fill-in flash is doing very well, except for tje background. Sleeve end is overexposed, but could be arranged with PS. Very pleasant image.
