Lava!by bot_alphaComment by roleychiu: nice composition. i know focus was tough, but it could have been a bit cleaner. good crop. much more interesting than the other lava lamp shots. |

Lava!by bot_alphaComment by ScottK: I tried this for "Round". You did a little better than I was able to. One tip on lessening or eliminating those jaggies at the edge of the lamp: try resizing in steps. Instead of going straight from the full image down to 640x480 (or whatever), resize at about 10% increments. It works great most times. |

Dawn on Iceworldby bot_alphaComment by roleychiu: Reminds me of the Crystaline Entity. for that, you get an 7. Compositionally, my preference would be to include the entire outline of the paperweight to give attention to it's roundess. Focus could be a bit cleaner. Overall, great shot! love the hue. |
