The way I see it, this is heavy machinery and it's operated by highly skilled technicians (pilots) so IMO it meets the challenge very well. To me it's the same as, say, a bulldozer or a forklift.

Thanks so much for all the encouraging comments! I agree, it would be better if the bubbles showed up more. BTW champagne bubbles don't last long enough, so this is actually Sweet N Low going in. Maybe a syringe with air hidden behind the bottle would work better? Any more ideas?
