This would make a nice panoramic image with just the bridge and it's reflection in the water... I like to use a polarizer in these lighting conditions...

I particularly like the depth perception and offset horizon in this photo... not to mention that i love black and white... Kudos to the photographer!

Shots like this are hard to do and keep the entire image in focus... I have had good luck with my digital camera on shots of this nature by not using spot or center weighted metering....
