This happens to me all the time. You're just lining up a nice landscape shot, and some tourist comes and stands in the way. Bad luck!! The more I look at this - and believe me, I've looked a lot - the more iconic it gets. 7

Hardly an accurate portrayal - where's the man cowering in the corner? I bet you get lots of comments. I think you should offer this to MoMA. It's a fantastically provocative image. In that context it would get a 10. For here, not sure I like the fading legs, so take a 9.
