Though the train, being the subject of the competition, is not seen clearly in this picture, the colourful light trails tell the story. The wet look of the platform ground with reflections of the lighting complements the light trails of the train. The low angle approach (I believe the camera was at or beneath the waist) put the light trails at the upper left of the photo drawing reader's attention towards the back of the train.
