I don't quite know what to rate this. I like the expression on her face, but the pines in the backtground make it look a bit messy. Maybe next time try to open up your aperture a bit more, to make the background more blurry. I do like that she's kind of looking down on the camera, which makes it slightly more dynamic.
Please don't take this speech the wrong way :p I do like this portrait.
