Haloby LalliSigComment: I like it, but I wish the (moon?) was clearer. I know that was probably impossible given that the halo comes from suspended ice crystals that refract the light (and also blur the moon), but I can dream...always easier to be a critic! However, you've captured a unique effect well, and your composition is spot on--7 |

Sunrise Surfby ArtComment: I think you've slightly over-blurred the background clouds. They contrast nicely with the waves (which are very, very sharp) but I want to see just a little more cloud detail. |

Tigerby docurrieComment: An animal that isn't a deer--a winner in my book. The diffusion of light works well here, it makes the putty tat look very soft and cuddly...although that would be a bad idea :) |

Sunset Framedby tinky2Comment: Nice shot. I love the colors--maybe it was your intent to 'frame' the sunset with the dark trees, but I would like to see more detail there. |

Aloneby BudComment: Although I don't mind the distortion from the wide angle lens, I wish that the tree was parked right in the middle of the frame. Right now, it's not centered nor is it following the rule of thirds--and while your sunset colors are amazing, that minor compositional detail is distracting. I like how you chose to include the field of rocks in your image, it gives a nice sense of depth and space. Overall, a nice image--7 |

Just Keep Hangin' On!by dtremainComment: The cherries aren't in a sharp enough focus. When I'm working with a very narrow depth of field, I find its useful to use a tripod--that way, I wont unfocus my image by breathing (or steping back slightly). |

red nudeby super-daveComment: Maybe its my monitor, but I'm noticing darker tones (not white) in the upper left hand corner only; its advanced editing so you should just clone that out. Also, there's quite a bit of white space in this image, and you'd be better of filling the frame a bit more with your model. That minor detail aside, I think this is a unique and interesting take on nudes--naked but not naked. |

herby nixterComment: This just isnt capturing my attention. I like the setup, but I wish she was facing the viewer. Right now, I just don't connect. However, you've done a nice job with the platform, making sure the light fades out on the bottom, right, and top. |

view from tate...by xtianComment: So sharp I could cut myself--except for the river, of course. I think you could tease some more highlights from the bridge with some heavier burning and dodging; however, what you currently have is excellent--7 |
