Splash!by PGerstComment: Nice complementary colours working well together, good job on the freeze frame, its hard to setup and difficult to control so well done on that front. The viewpoint is the only thing letting this down for me, much closer to the water and more wide angle would have been more dramatic and would have added extra interest. |

Take-off!by jodis_evaComment: Amazing colours and lighting. A non textured surface would perhaps have been a simpler choice - a smoked mirror for example taken off the wall and layed down flat would have been ideal |

Still Life in the style of the Old Dutch Mastersby glenncComment: Burnt out areas of the lemon, could have done with softer lighting to overcome that. Painting with light techniques would have given an added dimension to this and increased the difficulty factor to this otherwise relatively straight-forward still life. |

The Yellow parts of a Duckby mannjuditComment: Uninspiring title and the image itself could easily have been about the orange feet instead - it is relatively loosely connected with the yellow brief compared to some of the other entries. |

Good to the last dropby WalesPComment: The colouring just seems a little dull, perhaps a visit to Levels during postprocessing to bring out the top end a little more would have overcome this. Well composed though and great crispness on the water drops |
