Solar Powerby MelonMusketeerComment: Great subject!! I would crop this to have make it more centered in order to bring out the symmetry. |

Corroded Shapeby korpenComment: I think this shot would benefit from either using a reflector or waiting for a soft light time of day to get rid of that shadow. It's a great subject - all those wonderfully rich textures that cry out for saturation - but the shadow takes away from them. |

A Blank Sceneby karinnComment: Nice idea, and nice interpretation of the concept. I realyl like your lighting here, but what makes the photo is the definition you are able to pull out of the textures of the hands as a result. Perhaps the back lighting could be reduced a little, but this is really nice all around. |

Drawing Strawby NullixComment: Great picture! I really like the way you managed to have just the tip of the straw in focus. It really draws the eye to the shape the straw opening makes, which is of course the idea of the competition. Excellent work! |

Friendship is a shape of Loveby gdub1189Comment: Nice idea (good stock idea if you're into that). But I think your models could do with either some colour to 'place' them in context a little more, or crop them out all together leaving only their wrists. Again, great concept. |

Genesisby IvoComment: Although I love long exposure water shots (they have that wonderful otherworldliness to them) I find this one a little confusing. My eye is drawn to the fall at the rear of the frame even though it seems as like the foreground falls are the subjects. If you didn't use a polarizing filter then that may help, or possibly a graduated ND turned sideways. Essentially I find the right side of the frame overexposed and the left out of focus. Lovely subject though. |

Pure in Heartby SammieComment: Good subject, but I find the foreground and background a touch too distracting, especially the other flowers. Perhaps a woder aperture would help. |

Square Peg, Round Holeby emlbakerComment: Cute idea :-) Perhaps a slightly wider angle would have yielded a bit more emotion to the picture. By this I mean having the toys only in the left half of the picture leaving the right empty but for the decking. |
