Beautiful photo. For a 1:10 in the 100 Backstroke, this girl has a smooth stroke, and her turnover is fairly high too. I know how hard it is to shoot in poorly lit indoor pools. I swam for 16 years. One of my favorite shots is the start of backstroke races when the swimmer's back is arched out over the pool. Unfortunately, flash photography isn't allowed, and once again, slower shutter speeds make it hard to grab. I think you did a great job here. Probably could have bumped to 800 or even 1600 ISO as the Canons generally have low noise at ISOs even up to 1600. It probably could have gained you some shutter speed.
