Highlights are my biggest gremlin, shooting digital is a real challenge when it comes to keeping the highlights in control. I use a 2xND filter to help however it is a real issue. It is not an issue here so much Jerry

The ilumination on the bucket along with the dark detail-less face of the tall figure could use some work. However just a touch, strong use of light on dark are excellent and capturing a moment in time are well done.Other possibilties i might suggest is slower shuttder speed to show more motion, i do realize that seeing this photo on the screen verse a print that your shadow detail maybe better reflected. I might also consider a straight black and white version or at least tone down the sepia effect.
