I really like this. I have something vaguely like it (shadowy figure with blue cast) that I took years before the competition so I couldn't enter it but I would have otherwise. But you can be my proxy, you have my vote (or comment, at least)! I guess you had to choose between this challenge and the silhouette challenge on this one...

The house has potential but the weather doesn't give me that feeling. You might be alluding to what happens after the sun goes down, but if that's the case I think you're alluding too much. I'm not a huge fan of the gradient border.

I guess the title is a minor turn-off for me and I can imagine a more flattering version of this same genre of photo. God's Creation is a little too brownish for me here.

I guess I'd prefer if the bulb weren't solid white, i.e. overexposed. It does stand out against the solid black background but I think seeing the filament or at least the soft glow of a frosted bulb would perhaps be nicer.

Wow, what a lovely choice of colors. Makes me want to get that lipstick for my girlfriend. The eye color and lip/mask color were carefully chosen to match the feathers. Nice job.
