A "still" moment in the day of a 2 year old....by sonygirlComment: Beautiful eyes. To me it reminds me of kids sucked in to a TV which I agree is "still" but vacant (vs. at peace or calm or something like that which is more interesting as a photo. Don't know if that makes any sense but wanted to try to explain my reaction. |

Ready To Pounceby cassilda_terryComment: I like the idea you have here. I think I'd like it better if the empty space were in front of the cat face "giving room to pounce" |

Lotusby honikumComment: This feels the slightest bit tilted to me but that could be an illusion. Rich colors. |

Still as a Statueby XileboComment: The bright background is pretty distracting. But I can see the stillness in the cat - that intent gaze cats get while stalking. |

Still in the Bitby izadoodleComment: I like this image a lot. The texture, composition, dof all work for me. It falls a tad short of "still" because the nostrils aren't even - makes me feel like the mouth isn't still...for whatever that's worth. I like it though. |

[ F R O Z E N ]by ericwooComment: Nice reflection. The image doesn't feel "still" because of the movement in the water. |

gnarly no-spin knuckleball?by fisheyeComment: Excellent captures - love the facial expression. I can feel the action in this image and that's a good thing - except in a "still' challenge (I understand your connection). |
