Day Elevenby Bear_MusicComment: This seems to go on forever at the edges, Very nice. My eye keeps bouncing around looking for an in focus place to rest. Slightly dizzying. |

Day 5 - Lavender Relectionby sherpetComment: The color is wonderful.
I think I like this series together, as a quad in a row, better than ia individual pieces. they feel like someone is writing in code with a flashlight (torch) when they are all together. |

Day 11 - Morning Gloryby ephlnComment: Nice to see the full shot. Cutting away the background stuff changes everything. Great glowing colors. |

Western Salsifyby lynnmarieComment: Nice red-brown color in the foreground.(I'm running out of original useful comments. I like the photo.)
It's nice to see 3 different stages of the life cycle in one shot. I would love to see the actual flower. I don't think it grabs my attention when in bloom, then when the seed pods show up I always wonder what it WAS. Message edited by author 2007-07-11 20:33:34. |

Orange.jpgby SheryllComment: It is nice to see someone take a few steps back from the flowers. I like the detail on the weathered fence. The flowers seem a little fuzzy, maybe over brightened. |

Day 10by skasubaComment: Nice graphic feeling with the soft stripes in the BG and the flower focused in front. The same green in the BG and subject draws everything together for me. |

Day 10 Foxtail lilyby stargazer05766Comment: Nice color.
Great clarity.
My favorite thing about these long spike flowers, like foxtail and red hot poker, is the way the florets mature in levels. The bottom will be finished while the middle is in bloom and the top not opened yet. |
