We do have a lot of flowers in those competitions and one slowly does grow bored of them, because there are all the same and rather bring! However, yours are fun to look at and I think you've done a great job making it vivid and rich in colorful. It's definitely in the top ten of my list.

You met the challenge "Gold", but I don't think you have pushed yourself to find a really good object. This picture seems more an excuse to enter the challenge rather then giving your best shot. Looking at it I think you could have done better by trying to create an abstract picture of the Gold dome this as it is is too simple and boring. I try to vote fair and have come up with an voting scheme to be fair to everybody.
