Great DOF, but the picture is pretty dark...and it just looks like a bug on a rug (hehe) not too much about that catches the eye. Maybe if it were brighter you would be able to see more detail in the bug... ?

Becuase of the effect- it's really hard to see the vase (I'm assume it's there since the flowers are being held up) and if I didn't know the challenge I would say that black thing on the table is a ribbon, not a belt. That being said- I do like the painting effect. I just feel like it could be a bit bright and if more of the hand were in the fram is might be a bit clearer.

I really like the shot- it's well lit.
I would have smoothed out some of the spots on the models hand (taking advantage of the editing room)
