Decorative viewby MichaelCComment: I see the circles represented here, but it's hard not to look immediately past them to the harbor in the distance ... making that the focal point and relegating the circlular elements to something much less than the primary subject. Excellent photo regardless (beautiful light and nice composition). |

steel and blueby WadeComment: Ball bearing in the center of a CD/DVD? Love the chrome with blue colors; reflection in chrome adds interest. |

And the Wheel Goes 'Roundby mikkiowensComment: I really want to like this one, out of personal interest. Unfortunately, while I like the light and almost silhouette feel of the steering wheel, the exposure isn't quite there and it's overly soft. *5* for effort and meeting the challenge theme in your capture. |

Hitch-Hikerby YoungerComment: I see the circle as I wonder around the image, but they don't stand out to me as the key element (as prescribed by the challenge description). The subtlty works with the photo, just not sure it works as a main focal point. |

H for Hilton?by B74AComment: Outstanding shot ... love the perspective and tones. Distortion also adds to the image overall. *10* |

Slinkyby TuckersmomComment: Ahh, the Slinky ... is there any photographic subject this can't be used for? ;-) I like the vivid color and composition, for the most part. The only thing that bugs me is how the red end of the slinky appears to end abruptly. In on sense it's almost dynamic, as if the slinky were reaching out into the negative space; making it's next move if you will. However, I think it'd be more pleasing if that end terminated either in a perfect circle (versus the egg shape seen here) or carried on out of frame in the upper right corner. Regardless of that nitpicking ... nicely done. :) |

Decorative circlesby SimpaComment: Nice minimalist shot with great tones and lighting. I also like the touch of greenery, adding a touch of organic shape to an otherwise geometrically driven composition. |
