a break to meditate...by magueroComment: Nice bird shot! Color on the bird is very pretty. Placement in frame is left third. Perhaps use of intersection of thirds could make this stronger, maybe focus on the beak or something. Of course you would have to ask the bird to turn around :-) |

Born to be Blueby elsapoComment: Very striking color! Nice use of thirds. Depth of field is good. May be too many "extra" leaves on the left side of the frame and perhaps behind, although they are thrown out of focus quite well. |

Blueby ankit0621Comment: Strong, simple subject. Good placement in the frame. Shape is pleasing and corresponds to thirds. Very beautiful color. Sort of a cold image. Needs a touch of something, say a straw or lipstick or something to give it a personal touch. Impressive use of light. |

Tickle Me Pinkby bowronfam3Comment: Nice color in the flower. Stamens have interesting texture to them. Plenty of contrast in the image. Nice use of thirds focuses attention on the stamen. May try more diffused lighting to eliminate shadows on pedals. |
