In my opinion, blue ribbon. You'll probably have people whine about how you shouldn't have went this controversial, but why ignore the most brutal forms of hatred that ever were. I commend you for making that stand, and for taking a brilliant photograph both technically and emotively. Congrats in advance on your high placement.

This is a sweet picture that will be admired by this child's parents and family. However, it's more of a snapshot and not a photograph. The noise and lack of focus hurt the photo, and the image in no way evokes the emotion of hatred.

I like the idea here. I also like how the catchlight in the eye resembles a burning cross. That was creative, even if you didn't mean to. One thing I don't like, is how either your white balance and exposure on this shot are off, or the Klan has went queer and started wearing pink robes. I'm gonna have to believe the white balance needs work.

Not a bad idea, but title dependent. A slightly larger DOF would have kept your subject in better focus. Not a bad shot, but nothing I'm going to remember tomorrow.
