Domino Sugar Cubes Ad Gone Wrongby literaryradicalComment: She must have come down for a midnight snack and poooof! Out jumped the genie! Works for me! I gave it a 7. The title's a little miss leading...I would have tried...oh say....Midnight Snack. LOL! As a basic editing challenge there's not much more you could do to the image except go through your pockets looking for loose change! If this were an advanced editing challenge...I would try darkening the area behind the refrigerator and stove...possibly with the burn tool. I think this would accentuate the warm light from the refrigerator and the warm tones in the wood flooring. I like the concept of the image and the humorous side of it. The reason I gave it seven...get out the dry ice. Last but not least...although there is some nudity and kissing here...bless your little hearts...I don't believe the image is inappropriate for the challenge...portrayed very tastefully...pardon the pun! I would have given it a ten if dry ice vapor was coming from the fridge. Just a great image!! |

Goldenby jaxedComment: Try this for the sky. first creat a duplicate layer. Use the rectangular select tool to create a border. The bottom edge of the larger clouds at the top is where I would start. Goto select and inverse. Back to select then select feather and set the feather setting to about 50. Select the brush tool and set the master diameter to about 400. Set the Brush Hardness to about 20% or lower and then just start painting around the border a few times making sure to release the brush tip on each pass. Once you're satisfied, find the opacity setting (usually at a 100% before adjusting) in the layers palette. Play with it until you get the effect you want. There are other ways to gradiet the sky...possibly the gradient tool. Hope this helps. |

Not the boss of me!by jaxedComment: The angle of the clouds trees and the row of uncut hay works well with the curved cut hay. Angles also help to create a feel of motion or things about to go in motion if they're not already in motion...great kids! |

Follow Your Dreams DPC.jpgby angela_packardComment: I think this is a great image with very good composition with the tracks leading to the shrouded horizon. To me the horizon is the dream and sometimes is shrouded in doubt. The words are inspiring...if it were me though, I'd tone down the white just a touch or try another hue. As is it's very good! |

24/7by p2jvrComment: I bet you had a tough time deciding on how to crop this one. I'd be interested in seeing what's below the dark horizon line and also to see what's to the other side of the left edege of the image. The star effect contrasts nicely with the smooth steam coming from the plant. The darker sky at the top of the image and the dark edge at the bottom frame the image nicely...a little darker at the top maybe. Great Job!! |
