Grapefruit Deconstructedby DrAchooComment: With out the title, I'd never have know what this is. It looks like a sculpture, but also like a rock formation, but somehow too organic as well. |

A Hummingbird's Tailby GolferDDSComment: Nice composition and contrast. The arrow shape starts to send the eye out the right side, but the strong contrast brings your eye back. The gray helps keep the image from looking too stark and the star shape it makes is very nice. |

Mexican Sage Bushby FotoMunkiComment: Neat plant, great texture. I think this could also look great with a strong backlight so make the edges glow! |

Forbidden City's Wooden Wallsby kiumars_kashaniComment: I like the diversity of textures here. I also like having some color. An image of just the other textures would have been pretty boring. I like the area in the upper left corner. If you have a chance to revisit this area, I reccommend exploring the smaller fragments in that corner. Could make some nice close-up/Macro shots. |

Strange Puzzleby bcobleComment: I think I am seeing the picture upside down. If this is an accident then the image correctly oriented is nice, but I would like to see a closer image of the puzzle lines. If the image was intended to be oriented this way, then I think that the disorientation produced by the angle doesn'e fit the subject of the puzzle. A darker, possibly sinister image on the puzzle would have worked well with the unusual angle. |

Veinsby alanfreedComment: I like the contrasting colors here. The red area on the right helps to offest the drops on the leaf and keeps my attention in the picture. The light edge of the leaf also makes an interesting divider, further creating visual contrast between the two sides. |

good cop bad copby totaldisComment: I like the texture and the composition. But I do think I'd like to see more color in the leaf. |
