Time to put the scuba gear on and clean the swimming pool.

This has a very nice dreamy quality to it - I love images reduced to shapes and light.

Actually I think the use of the strong sideways light and dof to separate the prairie dog from the same color background is very good. Such a strange pose for the little critter.

I'm delusional probably but there is always hope that the Victory Palace could become a tourist destination at some point. The golden light is lovely in this photograph.

To me the composition is as much about the grass as it is the bird. If anything, I see it as a two-thirds/one-third arrangement. I would have been reluctant to crop and I'm a crop queen.
