Day 27.1 - The Yacht Clubby xianartComment: Wow - this is beautiful even on my funky dark monitor at work! I never thought about resizing in steps - thanks for the tip. |

Famous Franks 1by banmornComment: I love the murals too. Sometimes you feel like you've seen everything in Philadelphia and something like these pops up - they're great! I'll have to go see. |

Noche De Azulby dv_rockComment: Great - you broke into that 6 range. Really like the soft light, reflection and the offcenter position of the rower. |

It's all in the eyeby BrookiedComment: You can do my portrait anytime - if you can make a goat look that good - I can imagine what you could do for an elderly lady wrinkles and all.
I love everything about this - the high contrast between the goat and background, the detail in the fur(?), and of course the eye.

Froggyby KelliComment: Kelli, Your zoo shots are so amazing. The green color and the diagonal postion are great. Your subject-the frog-is in focus. The branch in front is softly focused but that is part of a shallow depth of field and is fine with me. |

Deer Hereby xianartComment: A deer? I thought it was BigFoot or the Jersey Devil! Aren't the comments fun when voters are confused? |

You eatin' MY corn?by snafflesComment: Snow is actually difficult to deal with in photos that's why there are so many grey or blue snow photos from underexposure. But you mastered a snow shot. The exposure of the snow is good-white snow. I enjoy the way the deer/elk are going about their meal but casting a careful eye your way. |

Crow Tree Hillby jaysonmcComment: I didn't vote in this challenge but looked through the thumbnails and thought this one was stunning. Delighted that it was a team suck entry! The gold sky works for me - makes what might have been a stereotype sunset -much more interesting. |
