The colors in this photo are very bright and beautiful! I would have taken the shot a little lower, and would have been level to the center of the flower. This perspective makes the flower seem small and unimportant. If you would have taken the picture at the same height as the flower or even a little below it, it would make the flower a more "powerful" and "important" subject that people would take notice.

well there isn't much that I don't love about this picture. Your duotones look great. The shine in the hair is nice, but what I really like is the attitude in your facial expression. The dark corner on the left is a little distracing. Did you darken it on purpose? I like the grainy look as well. Your face is a little washed out, but it is going to be when you are doing a high key style right? I even like how part of it is not sharp focus. I don't feel that every portrait has to tack sharp. I think that you did a great job on this photo and good luck in future challenges.
