Picture looks a bit oversharpened or overexposed at the edges, I miss a real sharp boundary between the black background and the flower. The compostion is also very centralized, maybe a bit off-centre would be better IMO. Anyway, interesting try, keep going and good luck!

Interesting picture, it makes you wonder for a moment what it actually shows. I gave up but nevertheless like the composition, the overexposure seems functional and contributing to the overall composition, I like that apparent contradiction.
