Da Pink Loversby AlainComment: I like the segmentation of the colours and regions in this photo. Theres a calmness that goes with the album title. Those pink flowers are so clear and detailed. well done! |

Diabolical Pagan Lineage - Bad 80s Metal Rebornby shalrathComment: A great b+w photo. It's really in the style of an 80s ablum cover. The greass at the top is overexposure but I think it adds to the 80s feel. Great subjects too. A bit of grain around the light but I find it's hard to get rid of it around bright lights in night photos. |

Dandelionby GreetmirComment: Great colour, the background is blurred just right. I think its just missing some detial on teh flower. If youhave perfect focus, especially on the inner part of the flower it would fantastic. |

Satsuki Matsuri (May Festival) by yankoComment: WOW. The smoothness of the photo really goes with your subject. The colours are amazing and the subtle background really works. The only thing you may have done differently is not have the women dead centered. |

" All we are say is give peace a chance "by onarComment: Nice colour, crystal clear photo. I like the angle you've shot this from but one of the heads as been cropped in half. Probably better to crop that top head out all together and also add a little space on the right for the 2 lead singers. |

Kalahari Danceby LynnSComment: A great silhouette! The sky is just right - not too overpowering but adds something to the photo. The people need to some focus or sharpening. The land could have filled more of the seen. You've got a great S shape there of the land and bushes and I think centering that may have worked even better in this case. |

Swashbucklingby idnicComment: While we can't see the cultural event here - the context - you'vereally capture this guys human qualities - his experience at the event he's at. YOu can imagine what he's getting out of it and what he's putting into it. I love the DOF and the detail - just hte right exposure. The object in the foreground is a little distracting. |

A Crash Back to Realityby mistchild2008Comment: I'm not sure a car crash qualifies as a cultural event. There's good composition here between the car and the lady. She's out of focus though putting too much emphasis on the car. |

Chickahominy Tribal Dancerby bigfellaComment: There's a nice intensity about this photo. The grass is a little too saturated and her face could use little more brightness. |
