Looks like it's coming down if the wind blows too hard. The building and tree fill the frame too much. It feels like there should be more to see.

Good quality photo. I'm not sure if you cropped this or not. If you did, I would have maybe cropped a little less so that the building could be seen in it's surrounding. If you didn't crop, I might have stepped back a little (or zoomed out).
