Not much of a building. I can't tell what I'm looking at. Your focus appears to be at the top of the picture instead of center. It's a unique one.

Nothing really catches my attention in this photo. I like your use of B&W but I think you should have had a little bit more contrast on the building (hard to do with that bright sky).
