Great colors. What part of this picture is the focal point exactly? It has some interesting shapes and angles, but its slightly confusing to the eye.The large wheel is in focus and sort of in a crash point, but the bright red steering wheel, though out of focus, is near a crash point as well. Overall, nice pic...very creative and good effort.

I have to tell you that I wish you had gotten a little more daring with this picture. I too was thinking about doing a mechanical pencil but the only way to really make it work would be to do something exciting. Leaving it flat on the table completely horizontal is a little boring in my humble opinion. Also the focus missed the pencil!

Good work but get more creative!

I really like the shadow in this picture. Great composition. There are a couple of blown-out parts of the bottle opener such as the shoulder spikes on the left side. Otherwise, great pic.
