Oh, creepy spider! Love this capture - great lighting, makes the web stand out nicely and his legs almost glow - the black background is great too. I like the angles the threads make and how his legs are guiding the threads into position. Might be better with a larger DOF, making all his legs and his back be in focus. Still, great capture of Mr. Spider.

Great composition - the people with their campfire make this shot more interesting - they also give a greater sense of how expansive the sky is - perfect for how you chose to title the image.
