Open Eyesby magnetic9999Comment: Nicely balanced, perfect skin and highlights. The background seems too light (imho) for the shot and the window reflection in her eyes was distracting, but I also know I couldn't come close to a shot like this. Very nice. |

The Icelandic Foxby tyrkinnComment: Wish I could get my dogs to sit still long enough to take a 'look into the lens' shot with them. Great color balance and use of thirds. |

Happy Halloweenby kbrashearComment: Very cool staging :) . I was distracted a lot by the whitened upper right corner tho and your 'human' subject seemed too saturated for a dead/undead person. The dry ice on the cauldron is convincing and did a good job at making me not realize that it was plastic until I really thought about it. |

Brillanceby xtabintunComment: This is a great photograph that shows off what a digital can do with extremely brilliant colors. Too bad the window reflections reveal the captivity of the subject. In a theater that tends to overuse monochome, I find this one very refreshing and well balanced in the cropping too. (8 stars) |

Autumn in the Rockiesby dwterryComment: I really liked the composition of this one, each corner creating the frame, but the silk effect on the water seems out of place. :/ Of course, a different texture of the water may also have been too distracting against the 'rough' texture in the rest of the shot... |
