Comment:
I don't know that the motion blur really helps here. And I'm not sure what the desaturation is for.

Comment:
The lighting seems a little off - the lower right is underexposed, with a bunch of glare on the left. Might be worth trying with multiple lights, or a more diffuse light.

3 Gears

Comment:
High-key shots are tricky to get right... in this case you seem to have lost a lot of the detail on the edges of the gears, which is a shame, because I like the simple composition. A wider depth-of-field might also have helped.

I want one. I'd have tried to use a different angle, so as to avoid the edges of the table being visible in the lower corners. Good lighting.

Seems to be a common theme - nice composition, perhaps a little on the busy side.

This wins points for the most accurate title, if nothing else.

Good lighting/DOF, but the crop is a little odd - why cut off the handle on the right, while leaving all the empty space on the left?

Not 100% sure what I'm looking at here, even with the title's help. Interesting composition, but the out-of-focus thing in the foreground is a severe detraction.

A little noisy - might have benefited from some NeatImage.
