	A Male Ruby Throat Hummingbird by GolferDDS Comment: the black background is nice. i don't understand the connection to the challenge, but it's a pretty abstract topic.

	Their Own Island by kmbr2001 Comment: i like the sunlight on the rock and the deep shadow. the blown-out sky could be cropped a little IMHO.

	On Her Own by ergo Comment: the subject matter seems to conflict with the title, isn't the girl just following the adult? or is the adult leaving the girl? the green-yellow is an interesting color choice. i personally would have gone with something either a little warmer, or cooler, like a blue or purple.
