Vintage FMby mcmurmaComment: Like the hand. Definitely something old here. Don't particularly care for the darks at the top and at the right. |

The old ladies homeby AzrifelComment: Het begeinenhuis! (or is begijnenhuis?). Oddly enough, this building looks so new on this picture!!! :) I know these places and I know the date is genuine and know also that they are really old and wonderful. So, it struck me as very funny. The only thing that really bothers me are the bits of the two windows on the right; would have cropped them out as it mars the composition. Ditto for the whie shape in the black overture of the gate. Daaaaag! :) |

The Tipton Place by indigo997Comment: I'm happy for you with your excellent score. This is a fine picture and you have reason to be proud. I will tell you what happened to me on this picture. In my first complete round of voting this one was my top pick. I had given it a nine with the idea to make it a 10 when tweaking the vote. When I saw it again lateron in the week, I was really bothered by the lines on the building. It seemed as if the image had been oversharpened. I would like to hear from you whether that was the case. Then I turned the picture into an 8. Sorry :). Anyway, great picture!!! I do think the fence and the colors and the whole setting is just wonderful. My advice: shoot what feels right to YOU. As you well know, one gets a bunch of totally contradictory opinions. So what?! |

The Tipton Place by indigo997Comment: Beautiful image; great composition and colors. Love how you cropped the fence; it gives wonderful rhythm to the image. Very peaceful and a delight to look at this image. Definitely will revisit this one lateron. |

Corporate Memoby CoreyComment: This is just great. The humor and cynicism are tops. Very simple yet so effective. Good composition. The only nitpicking: find the object in top left (brief opener?) distracting. |

Got Money?by MeggieComment: Cool image. Effective. The variations on the Got Milk? slogans are getting to be a bit stale though. Don't care about the reflections on the mug. Otherwise, it would have been great. How did you get that E mug? Hope that it isn't because you worked for them :( |

Wall Street Stressby psychephylaxComment: You are effective in getting your message across here but you are not doing it in a particularly beautiful way. Don't care for the composition, particularly the top two pages of the WSJ and all that change. The change is in the foreground and too dark and out of focus. With fewer objects and a better arrangement of them you would have had a much better picture. Good idea though. |

Anchorby drewmediaComment: Nice picture. Like the blurred black shapes and the reflections in the grey background. |

Screwedby karmatComment: You captured the texture of the front screw and the sponge but personally I just don't like the picture. Don't see what it is trying to convey besides just doing a texture exercise. Sorry |
