the image itself is quite interesting. i have a difficult time with it, though, because of the grain and interpolation residue.

good eye. good technical execution. the blue flare (intentional?) is a solid touch. the background on the bottom left is a bit distracting.

right on. i dig it. the area around the child's head feels a bit cluttered (i'd like some negative space there to let my eye in more comfortably). also, the character feels a bit distant (sometimes this is a good thing, but in this case it looks like you just should have walked closer to take the picture or zoomed more)
