great job catching the expression. the focus feels just a tiny bit soft (nothing the unsharp filter couldn't handle). The background is what needs work. First step is to get something with only one tone, next step is to pick a contrasting color. I'd like to see a darker green or neutral backgound. the blurred foreground element in the left side is unorthodox, but compliments the expresion well. 8

this image is beautiful. i think it would work better if you had either cropped in tighter or left the big drop more room to breath on the edges. as cool as it is there have been a lot of frozen "splash" images and it's starting to loose its magic.
