WOW. Love the expression of his face. What a terrific smile. Wonderful portrait. The composition looks great to me. Tones are superb, very good transformation. The focus is also great, sharp in the subject and blurred the BG.
The only thing to improve it IMHO is that in some parts (for example in the nose) I see some deffects, I don't know if it's oversharpened or jpeg artifacts.
But the pic is astounding. Buen trabajo.
