Building Roads = Dirty Boysby NeuferlandComment: Alright, listen I was so excited to see how this photo finished. Me and my wife both, and we were both appaulled to see it not finish at least in the top 10. I mean still a good place, but I picked it as my only 10 in the contest, along with only 2 9's, and 6 8's. Me and my wife both are convinced that overall the voters are way to shallow. The only thing i can think of is maybe people didn't see the construction value in it. At any rate, congratulations for a fantastic shot, and I am most certain I am not the only one who thinks that. |

Building Roads = Dirty Boysby NeuferlandComment: OK, you absolutely broke the mold. This photo almost makes it unfair to the rest, by far the best shot yet. You have the uniqueness of idea in check, technique in check, colors in check, clarity, depth, and subject seem all in perfect order. |

Pat and Jillyby Bear_MusicComment: It seems a bit staged for me, but I am not gonna dock a point for that because making construction pretty is quite difficult, and you did a fine job bringing to the table a very nice image. |

Crushed and Forgottenby HighwayFlowerComment: you are probably not going to get the credit you deserve for this shot, but from me to you. Great shot. Ive just found with previous experience that DP voters are a bit shallow, and the distracting subject matter that looks much polluted will probably take its toll on your final score. Rebel me (ha ha) thats the part I like. GL. |

Freddy Krogerby CalliopeKelComment: most people don't gain a point from me with a title, you did! Very funny, it is always nice to break the routine with a good laugh. TY for entering it. |

Hide-n-Seekby shernandez7Comment: what a beautiful shot, very good. I hope you do well, becuause the shot is technically good, and I like very much its uniqueness to the challenge. Im givin it an 8, the first one of the day.
Ok, i went back through and gave this a nine with only two others, no tens. I love everything about this picture. Everything here is good, the subject, the expression, the tree, and the idea. Good Luck, if this doesn't make the top 10 I will be very dissappointed, personally I think #1. |
