The grain here is distracting. I normally don't mind a bit of grain in a shot, but this is a bit out there. The colors aren't helping things either, and the lighting is blown out.

Maybe I'm not understanding the title as it relates, doesn't help, but isn't a big deal. The bigger deals would be the shadows behind his head and shoulder, they're slightly distracting, and I don't understand the item in the hand, it looks like a mirror, but it's totally blown out and blah. The rest of the lighting is kinda flat as well.

I think the only thing that detracts this image is the background lines. The remainder of the shot is really well lit, including the catchlight in her shadowed eye. Very beautiful. Good luck.
